OnTonite
Subscription & Billing Terms
Last updated: September 20, 2026
The short version
These terms cover paid artist subscriptions on OnTonite. Five dollars a month. Fourteen-day free trial. Cancel anytime. Here's exactly how it works.
Price and trial
An artist subscription costs $5 per month. Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription on day 15 and your first charge happens then. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
Cancel anytime
Cancel in your studio settings, whenever you want — no phone call, no email required. When you cancel, your subscription and all studio features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund partial months.
Refunds
If something went wrong and you were charged in error, or you change your mind within the first 7 days of a paid period, email us and we'll refund that period. After 7 days into a paid period, we don't offer refunds, prorated or otherwise. Cancel instead, and you keep access through the period end.
Price changes
If we change the subscription price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The new price applies to periods that start after the change. If you don't want it, cancel before your next period starts.
Taxes
Prices don't include tax. Depending on where you are, sales tax or similar taxes may be added to your charge. We'll show you the total before you confirm.
Payments
Stripe processes all payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry it and email you. If it keeps failing after retries, your subscription is downgraded to the free tier. Your artist profile stays; you just lose the paid studio features until a payment goes through.
Governing law
These billing terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Questions about a charge? Email mmilam360@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
